Can I use SANZE for free?
Yes. Free includes core modules with caps on projects, tasks, storage, stamps, and signatures. Upgrade when you need Gantt, PDF export, shared todos, or more capacity.
Why did deleting a project not open Trash?
That is expected. Delete keeps you on the current folder, removes the row, and updates counts. Open Trash in the Project sidebar when you want to restore or permanently delete.
Times on todos or events look wrong
Set Your Account → Time zone to your real zone, then edit the todo or event.
A tab is locked (Gantt, measure, share todo)
The feature is not in your plan. Use the upgrade prompt or Billing.
Can I invite people outside my company?
Yes, as guests or members, depending on plan and workspace policy. Give the least access they need.
Do modules work together?
Yes. Home surfaces recent items; projects hold tasks and files; schedules can track deadlines; PDFs stay in the PDF library; todos cover personal/shared checklists.
