How SANZE treats the files and project data you store.
Your content
You retain ownership of files, PDFs, tasks, and comments you upload. SANZE processes them to provide the product (storage, preview, search, notifications).
Isolation
Workspaces are isolated. Switching workspace changes the data you see. Multi-tenant hosting keeps organization data in its own schema.
Retention
Trash (projects, PDFs) keeps items for a period so you can restore them. Permanent delete removes them from the product.
