Who can manage billing
Workspace owners (and system admins) open Billing settings. Members do not see checkout.
Seats and storage
- Buy more accounts if you cannot invite someone.
- Buy additional storage or upgrade the plan if uploads fail due to quota.
- Add-ons can be prorated for the rest of the current period.
Invoices and history
Download invoices and review payments from billing history.
Current plan details
The plan panel shows start date, end date (or no expiry), included accounts, and storage (plan + purchased add-on).
