Schedule views (day, week, month, year)

Switch calendar tabs to see the right level of detail for you or the whole team.

View tabs

Use the view tabs at the top of Schedule. Typical views include personal day, group day, personal week, team week, month, and personal year.

Day views

• Personal day — your timeline for one day; click an empty slot to create an event.
• Group day (team) — every member's day side by side so you can spot conflicts.

Week, month, year

• Personal week / team week — scan the week; jump with previous / next / today.
• Month — browse the full month and open a day to see its events.
• Year — a high-level year for holidays and busy seasons; pick a day to drill in.

Filters

On team views, filter by member when you only need one person's calendar.
