Folders — shared, recent, and starred

Jump to files shared with you, recent files, and starred items instead of walking the whole tree.

Quick access

• Shared with me (personal workspace) — folders and files others shared with you.
• Recent — files you opened lately.
• Starred — items you marked with a star for shortcuts.

Star a file or folder

Star from the row actions. Starred items appear under Starred regardless of which folder they live in.

Share (personal Document)

In a personal workspace you can share a file or folder with others when you are in your own tree (not inside a shared-with-me location).

External sharing of documents may require Pro or higher, depending on the feature gate.

Team workspaces

Organization workspaces share documents through workspace membership and folder permissions rather than the personal "shared with me" inbox.
