Approval workflow
Use stamps and forwarding to send a PDF to the next approver. Track status (waiting, approving, completed) from the document list and Share with me / completed lists.
Approvers can stamp, reject (send back), or pass the file on until the final approver completes it.
History
Annotation history shows who added, edited, or deleted markup, with an option to restore a previous version when needed.
