PDF editor tools

Annotate, draw, type, measure, and lock markup without leaving SANZE.

Open the editor

From the PDF list, open a file. The toolbar contains annotation, drawing, text, stamp, and (on paid plans) measurement tools.

Markup

• Highlight, underline, and strikeout for review.
• Pencil, shapes (rectangle, ellipse, line, arrow, polygon), and check / X / dot marks.
• Text and text boxes for notes on the page.

Images and stamps

Place images or stamps (including custom designs). See Stamps and signatures for creating stamp artwork.

Measure (Pro and above)

Length and rectangle measurement with scale — used for drawings. Free plans show an upgrade prompt for measure tools.

Export

Exporting the edited PDF is available on Pro and above. Free users can still annotate inside SANZE.

Locking

Lock a page or a single annotation in history so later reviewers do not overwrite a decided mark.
