When to stay in a personal workspace and when to move work into a team.

Personal workspace

Best for individual planning — your own todos, calendar, PDFs, and files. Some collaboration features (shared todos, team calendar, extra project seats) depend on the plan.

Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook is available on personal workspaces.

Team / organization workspace

Built for several people. You get shared projects, centralized billing, seat management, workspace roles, and team calendars (Team plan and above).

Projects, files, and schedules created here are visible according to each member's role and project membership — not automatically to everyone.

Choosing the right setup

Start personal if you work alone. Create a team when you need to invite colleagues, share projects, or manage one bill for the group.

You can keep both. Use the switcher to jump between personal and team workspaces without mixing their data.
