Project files, wiki, and members

Store files on the project, write a wiki, and manage who belongs to the project.

Files tab

Upload documents that belong to this project. Files here are separate from the Document module, but you can still download and organize them per project.

Use this tab for specs, drawings, and PDFs the project team must keep together.

Wiki

The Wiki tab is the project overview / knowledge page — goals, conventions, links, and notes that should outlive individual tasks.

Members tab

Add or remove project members and assign project roles (owner, editor, member, view only, and any custom roles your workspace defined).

Workspace admins may have elevated access, but day-to-day membership is managed here.

Workload tab

When you have permission, Workload shows how tasks and time are distributed across members so you can rebalance assignments.
