Stamps and signatures

Design stamps, keep personal signatures, and apply them during PDF review.

Stamps

Open stamp settings to create or reuse stamp designs. Free plans allow a limited number of custom designs; paid plans are unlimited.

In the editor, open the Stamp tab, choose a stamp, and click the page to place it. Click again to confirm, then adjust size if needed.

Signatures

Save personal signatures (User signals). Free plans allow a small number; Pro and above are unlimited.

Place a signature the same way as a stamp when you need a handwritten-style sign-off.

Approval

Combine stamps with the workflow tab to record who approved and who is next.
