Trash and restore

Soft-delete projects and tasks, restore them, or delete them permanently from Trash.

Delete a project

From the project list, choose Delete and confirm. The project is deactivated (soft-deleted) and moved to the Project Trash folder.

You stay on the current folder. The row is removed, counts update, and a success message appears. Open Trash only if you need to restore or purge.

Restore a project

Open Project → Trash, find the project, and Restore. It returns to its folder (or All projects) as an active project. Restoring may be blocked if your plan is already at the project limit.

Permanently delete

From Trash, you can permanently delete a project. This queues removal of the project and related data and cannot be undone. Confirm carefully.

Task trash

Inside a project, deleted tasks go to the Trash tab on the project, not the project-level Trash folder. Restore or purge them there if you have permission.
