Account, language, and time zone

Set your name, language, and time zone so schedules, todos, and reminders show the correct local time.

Open Your Account

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose the profile / account settings page.

Profile

• Update display name and avatar so teammates recognize you in comments, schedules, and member lists.
• Choose the interface language (English, Vietnamese, or Japanese). Labels and emails follow this setting.

Time zone (important)

Set Time zone to the zone you actually work in before you create todos or calendar events. Due dates and event times are stored and displayed using this zone.

If a todo or meeting looks several hours off, open Your Account, confirm the time zone, save, then edit the item.

Security tab

Change your password from the Security tab. Use a unique password and sign out on shared computers.

Calendar sync tab

On a personal workspace you can connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook from this tab. See the Calendar sync article for steps.
