Stay informed about assignments, comments, shares, and reminders without leaving SANZE.

In-app notifications

The bell in the top bar lists recent notifications — task assignments, comments, shares, schedule updates, and system messages.

Open a notification to jump to the related project, todo, file, or event.

Email

SANZE also sends email for invitations, important account events, and (depending on settings) activity you are assigned to.

If you stop receiving mail, check spam and confirm the address on your profile.

What to do if you miss an update

Open the module directly (Project tasks, Todo, Schedule, or files shared with you). Notifications are a shortcut, not the only place work appears.
